Returns

Please purchase carefully as only faulty pieces can be returned to Maiko Girl. Please contact Maiko Girl to discuss any faults prior to returning the item/s and an assessment will be made by Maiko Girl before a refund is given. After receiving confirmation from Maiko Girl, simply post back the item with receipt of purchase. Returns are to be made within 14 days of order (or 30 days for international purchases).

Exchanges

Exchanges are to be made within 14 days of order date (or 30 days for international purchases). Shipping and handling are to be paid by the customer.

Only full priced items that are in original condition, unworn, undamaged  will be accepted for exchanges. Unfortunately, no exchanges accepted for sale items.
